Chirag is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having experience of more than 9 years in profession. He has also completed Certification Course on International Taxation from ICAI and Certificate Course on Anti Money Laundering (AML) from ICAI.

CA. Jitesh Kedia

Jitesh is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having experience of more than 8 years in profession. He has successfully completed Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) of ICAI, Certificate Courses on Concurrent Audit and Goods and Service Tax conducted by ICAI.

He is serving the profession since 2013 and has dealt majorly with Indirect Taxation (GST, MVAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax etc.), Bank Audits, Domestic Transfer Pricing Audits, VAT Audits, Service Tax, GST and VAT refund and assessments matters.

CA. Anand Singhee

Anand is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), a Company Secretary (ICSI), Certified Concurrent Bank Auditor and a Qualified Securities and Financial Assets Valuer.

He has a stint of 8 years in the financial domain where he was involved in various transactions related to Business Valuation, Corporate Finance (Debt), Debt restructuring, Compliance, Private Equity and Venture Capital financing. He has experience in working across various sectors including Food and Hospitality, Technology, Infrastructure & Real Estate, Solar panel manufacturers, chemical etc. He has worked from the stage of incorporating a firm to reaching to the level of IPO ready.
